      Pros

      I found it to be a very supportive atmosphere and would work for them for sure in the future if given the opportunity.

      Cons

      They've started growing fairly recently so they're still organizing in terms of HR and company structure. The disorganization can sometimes be a little confusing, but you can usually figure out what's needed and try to either help if you can or find the right person.

      -Small company so everyone knows your name. -Collaborative team environment.

      Cons

      -It's a smaller company so we had to figure out some systems and processes as we went, but overall it was a great experience.

      Pros

      Great working environment and co-workers. Very supportive atmosphere . Wonderful projects and fulfilling work.

      Cons

      Nothing of note really. Possibly the high turn over as is the way with project based hiring but they are very good about moving employees over to new projects and they maintain loyalty to hard workers so even thats not really a con.
