      - Promotes internally, especially if you're involved in executive search and not in an administrative role - Friendly co-workers - Flexible - allows employees to work from home - High retention - Many employees have been at the Toronto firm for over 10 years - Very forgiving leadership - have retained employees that would have been fired at any other company for their performance/attitude - Bonuses - Competitive salaries - Benefits

      Cons

      - Sometimes a little archiac - No casual fridays - Everyone works in silos for the most part - Lack of growth if you're not in executive search - No RRSP matching

      Pros

      I really enjoy working here! The teams are great, the work is fulfilling, and I genuinely appreciate how invested the firm is in my career development.

      Cons

      I’d love to see more firm-wide events where we can connect in person and build stronger relationships, especially since most of us work remotely.
