Pros
Despite the tough and unfavorable conditions, I built some lasting client relationships. I am proud of myself for that.
Cons
The people at the top are the ones I blame for my horrible job experience. These evil and fake people set ridiculous project deadlines and push employees to the edge. They create unnecessary stressful situations and push employees for no good reason. The job also required me to travel a lot to sites and client meetings. This travel, often after hours, was terribly exhausting. The leadership didn't reduce the workloads on travel days. So, I was doing a lot in little time. When I realized that the job requirements led to the worst WLB and I started developing mental health issues, I chose to quit with dignity instead of a career-ending burnout. It was the best decision for my health and sanity.
