Pros
- Free lunch everyday - Good work culture. People are overall friendly and welcoming - Good exposure with the industry and hands-on work. You get to attend alot of work related events and networking opportunities, but it depends on the manager you're with. - Rotation between different teams which gives exposure to different lines of business.
Cons
- The internship program isn't fully fleshed out, but it has gotten better year-by-year - You are only an observer to all the exposure you are given. This is due to legal reasons though, not a huge con.
