      LALA Comany >> They will do politics and wont let you switch to dev >> Literal Abusive nature of CTO and management in case of bug leakage. >> Asked to pay money to for early release , but others who are in good relation with managers are not asked for money >> Layoffs are frequent >> 5 Day WFO

      1. Excellent opportunity for Young professionals to directly work alongside Industry veterans 2. Access to roles and responsibilities a normal person would typically get in a 4-5 year timeframe in an MNC 3. Senior leadership competent and Meritocratic org 4. Interpersonal relationship at the top

      Cons

      1. People who joined before 2021 made decent returns and the pace of the org reduced. 2. Speed of the decision making might not be at the pace comfortable for a lot of people
