Pros

Flexibility from CEO. A wide range of projects. Office has a nice set up with everything you'll need. Good place to start your design career. Health Insurance. Snacks.

Cons

Disorganized - it could be a slow day on Monday, then Tuesday you have a deadline for a project at 6:00pm no one knew was due until that morning and you'll wonder why no one told you yesterday. Never felt like a member of "the team" - not a lot of team critiques and projects you'll work on together - every man for himself. You'll sometimes work long hours Not a ton of direction - can be a good thing and a bad thing. Not a lot of communication between employees.

Pros

Great working environment- very laid back. Intimate Space The CEO is really involved so there is no overt authoritarian pressure coming form him. Just do your work good and on time! Really laid back and just wants everyone to be comfortable and happy! Close quarters and young crowd so its nice and the music is A1...depending on who's playing it. Office Snacks is a plus!! Hour lunch Honestly a GEM of a design firm- Diverse clientele so the work is always interesting.

Cons

Time Square Tourists ! Office space has its quirks

Pros

The office managers (there was turn over during our time working together) and design team were all wonderful to work with. Very helpful and always good spirited.

Cons

I work with a lot of creative types and know there are always differences in view and aesthetic but Josh was the most difficult person I have encountered professionally. We worked on creative for a mutual client where Josh was supposed to aid in creative direction. Josh was extremely condensending and mygonistic. He waisted a lot of client budget making poor decisions and slowing down the process with very little benefit to the project. It is important to be meticulous and thorough but this should never have a negative impact on the brand. It was painfully evident that Josh did understand the market but rather wanted to have his hand in everything so that he could assume all credit. He often would approve things to later retract his approval, again waisting client budget as well as time and energy.
