Pros

Management is pretty lax and you are free to do whatever you want. If you just want to coast-by and not grow your career, Offers.com actually is a really good place to be.

Cons

Pay is below market. The company will lie and tell you that raises every year are capped at 3%. This is not a place to grow your career, because management is more concerned about keeping complacent workers who aren't willing to speak up and fight for what they believe in. Also, the work is not very impactful and you will find yourself bored. The company has no ambition to become the best at what they do. In the last few months, tons of senior employees have left the company because there really isn't a future here. You will also find that the office is extremely quiet and low-energy. Many of the employees are unhappy here but are afraid of speaking out. There are many people here with a lot of experience but have barely advanced their careers because there is no upwards mobility here.

Pros

1. This is honestly the best place to accelerate your career growth. I started here very early in my career and left the company with a ton of opportunities. Offers is the perfect environment for people who want to make an impact and quickly move up. 2. The people that you will work with are some of the most caring, funniest, and hardest working people that you will come across. Your managers truly care about your success and personal goals. 3. If you're really into data and numbers, the internal reporting system and tools they had at Offers is AMAZING.

Cons

1. Waiting on corporate approval on anything can take a painfully long time. 2. Depending on what team you are on, Thanksgiving will probably not be a relaxing holiday for you anymore considering how big Black Friday is for the business. 3. There are little to no female representation in upper management and c-suite.
