Toxic leaders in Cebu City Branch Training only lasted for a week and when it came to nesting, we were swiped one by one in the group chats instead of providing support for every error we do in our tasks. Not welcoming to newbies. Leaders for Case Opening were competing with other leaders instead of teaming up with each other. Very UNPROFESSIONAL - making fun of clients and agents in main group chats. Not friendly. Not inclusive at all.
