Pros

The sales staff does get some flexibility with their schedule, there is plenty of vacation (3 weeks), benefits are decent, and the work environment is fairly pleasant.

Cons

This company has an established track record employing sales reps for an average of only 4 - 9 months. Between all 3 of their locations they have 1 or 2 sales reps who have been there longer than one year. The company is a revolving door for sales people, it always has been, and it should be avoided by anyone seeking a long term career in sales.

Thank you for your feedback! This year we have taken a hard look at our training program and what is needed for our Account Managers to be successful while reducing turnover. We want more than anything to have a successful, happy and long-term sales team. We are currently building a brand new training program for new Account Managers that will provide the knowledge and tools needed to succeed, and stay long term at Offix.
