Pros
Good place for freshers, as you will have ample opportunity to learn. But don't depend on someone to make you learn, one has to learn on his/her own until unless you don't have any godfather in the organization.
Cons
Except few genuine colleagues, everyone here will understand you as your own asset and make you work for the works assigned to them also. Freshers need to cope-up with that and learn to work under these scenarios also.
