Pros
I worked at OhioGuidestone for many years, and I did enjoy working with people who needed the assistance we could give them.
Cons
Management, both upper and middle, was good for many years- available and responsive. Within the past few years, however, some new people took over, and the workplace turned toxic. My supervisor micromanaged me to the point where I couldn't do my job, and employees would turn against each other on a dime. The culture of "Our Promise" was a joke. Management doesn't care about rank and file employees. Overall, the place is not what it used to be, and it is an awful place to work.
