Weekly pay.. very intimate job that's easy to adapt to. Made some good connections with restauranteurs and high level people at companies around the city and NYC

~ They don't have any people skills.. they're very rude ~While working there they were absolutely committing insurance fraud ~ IF you're not a person who likes to be hovered over this wont be the job for you

There are no pros, I have nothing good to say after thinking for 5 minutes straight.

Toxic and chaotic work environment. No defined employment roles, no internal IT staff. An average day is spent rushing between customers to repair problems created by Ohmcomm due to lack of planning and unrealistic timelines for installs. No respect at all for employees, customers, or vendors. Accounting will argue to pay you as little hours as they can get away with. Horrible pay for this industry.
