      Fixed working hours (7 to 3) with half-day Fridays. Salary was paid on time each month.

      Cons

      No proper recognition even after years of service. Salary hikes were minimal and demotivating. Lack of basic respect during exit process. No clear growth or development opportunities. Felt undervalued and dismissed without dignity
