      Pros

      Stability, company has been around a long time and has been very stable. They are in great financial shape so downsizing is likely not an issue. You have to try and get fired here Benefits are good.

      Cons

      SLOW. Slow to adapt, slow to promote, everything lags here. They also underpay employees by about 10-20% based on your role.
