Emerging company with fast growth that have contract with the mining and electrical industries, the main clients are well looked after (kept as a priority).
Cons
The company doesn't have any structure (family owned); one of the company directors doesn’t control her temper and abuses the clerical and shop floor workers. The company doesn’t consider OH&S as a priority and employ personnel on 457 visas to reduce their overhead cost (pay the minimum government award wages).
