Pros
Olixir is a great small company any technical person can grow into. They have a relatively small team size so most of the positions require juggling between tasks. Great for a multiple hats person, may not be friendly for a person who is afraid to step into unknown territory.
Cons
The pay was hourly on a contractual basis instead of salary employment. It may vary by position. The facility is small and it requires a bit of moving around to get things done.
