Pros
Work environment is friendly and employees are like a big family. The offices are neat (all white and blue with iMacs -with Windows though- everywhere) and with natural light. Employees manage different projects and combine visiting different factories with office work, being thus a dynamic work. The office has a gym and a sauna is projected. No problems for parking if you go by car, also accesible by urban transportation.
Cons
The workday is not continous, but it has a 2 hour break for lunch. Most of people go back home for lunch, for instance I went to gym and then had lunch at the dining room. There is no room for relax, like with sofas and a TV in case you just want to disconnect in that break, making it a little "sad" to be two hours at the dining room or just go to eat and get back to office even if is just for reading 9Gag until is work time again. Though the workday should finish at 18h, most of the employees stay there way longer, though maybe this is related more with the working culture of Spain rather to with the company itself. This means really few time for family and hobbies.
