Great company to work for, medium to high pay for Tucson, especially for the sales and support staff with commission. For enterprise sales the pay was very good. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the team is very close.

No real cons, sometimes it gets a little hectic with new releases and conference travel but that is typical for this sized of software comany.
Its a very slow and relaxing environment. The people that are there are pretty awesome. You have the freedom to design however you want to a certain degree.
Cons
There is no art director, no established branding style. They expect designs without letting you go through the design process.
