We're a start-up so we have to be scrappy. Causes from growing pains though

Oma is a like a breath of fresh air in this hectic workforce that is all around us. Leadership employers the employees to make decisions and constantly supports new ideas/ innovative change. The founders truly care about the patients, the outcomes and employee experience.

With a start up environment, struggles are expected and final direction can be crossed at time to time but even this is improving daily.
