Pros

SDR and AE teams are full of cool people that are fun to be around. The office view

Cons

Compensation for SDRs and AEs at Omatic is a joke. Significantly below industry standard. Leadership tends to be reactive, with limited clarity around long-term objectives or consistent strategic direction. Quotas feel unrealistic and not clearly tied to historical performance or territory potential. Territories themselves are uneven and significantly impact performance outcomes. For a company that emphasizes data cleanliness and visibility, internal data quality is surprisingly inconsistent and outdated, making prospecting and pipeline development more difficult than it should be. The transition from SDR to AE lacks structure and support. There is minimal training or mentorship and expectations increase substantially without a meaningful adjustment in base compensation.
