Everyone at OCS is so engaged and really has their heart in the place.

Not a lot of communication between departments.

If you are looking to develop both personally and professionally Omega is the place for you. From the beginning, you are thrown into the deep end forcing you to grow and figure out what processes are going to help you succeed. If you are not willing to put in the work it will be very apparent that you are not pulling your weight. However, if you are struggling, everyone is willing to help. The staff of Omega feels like family and wants every member to reach its goals. Along with that, the leadership team is great. Every move that is made has the business and its employees in mind. It is not a conventional work environment, everyone is truly themselves and is not afraid to show it. That attitude starts at the top and is one of the best perks of the job. Being with the company for 3+ years I was able to see the growth in both the company and myself. The ability to have a direct impact on the business is something I will always be grateful for and would recommend Omega to anyone who thinks they have what it takes.

It's a grind. There are some days where everything goes right and there are somewhere everything goes wrong but everyone is going to chip in and help solve the issue. Regardless of how long that is going to take.
