      There's no reason to work at Omega!

      Cons

      Horrible management team from the boutique -corporate level who are clueless! All they care is about is how much you can sell for them! No respect towards the staff so everyone is out for themselves. You can't trust anyone!

      Going to the different places. Pay is great

      Cons

      Can decrease pay at times. Sometimes it may be hard to get in touch with someone when needed but they do respond back.
