Awful - Customer Services Representative Omega Nutrition Employee Review

1) Company benefits i.e. extended health benefits 2) Free packaged goods 3) Very slowly paced environment ( If that’s your thing)

1) Bad management 2) No Room to grow and promotion and salary increases are kept to a minimal if any. 3) Very slow environment and management are very indecisive. 4) Not creative work at all.

- Unchallenging work and slow work environment (if that's what you're looking for) - Free products (limitations to this, ie. some products restricted for certain staff members)

-Management is horribly disorganized and delusional in their expectations of employees. You will be micromanaged with little to no encouragement or positive feedback. - Pay is lousy, and there is little chance of raises or promotions. -Stress levels are high as upper management is seldom satisfied, yet unwilling to evolve or take suggestions for improvement. The CEO has a violent temper that will surface in completely unjustified situations; blame shifting is a constant. -Work environment is toxic, and workplace bullying is rampant. -Little to no room for the slightest morsel of creativity or agency. -This company is stuck in 1989; no value is placed on new technologies or innovations.
