Pros

- Good mix of tech stack Ruby on Rails a monolith and Golang for many microservices - Good devops using k8s clusters and aws , traaform for iaas - May get opportunity to work on some projects from scratch Thats all the pros

Cons

- The company seriously lacks tech and analytical talent - Lack of diversity - People employed as EM who have no degree and are high school passouts. - Management is very non transparent , after delivering the project and promising good bonuses , 0 yes zero bonus payment was made - Offer letters are not honoured as in 2023, zero bonus and zero increment for all the employees. - Hire and fire policy (Many people were identified who were about to complete 1 year , and were laid off just before getting maximum work from them ) - No support to laid off employees , no visa extension , 3 month severance was not paid as people laid off just 1 week before completing 1 year - Please refrain from joining this company especially if you are a expat in Thailand.
