Great workplace - Server/Waitress On the Rocks Employee Review

The owner and current managers are awesome. Fun, friendly environment with live music during summer. Lots of regular customers, repeat customers and seasonal travelers = great pay!

There are not any cons that I can think of.

Terrible management by the owner. She constantly changes the hours and doesn’t tell you. She will take you off the schedule and then randomly put you on .
