      Customer service is a top priority. Flexible schedule. Hands on service. Inside knowledge and connections to the Spirits industry.

      Owners don't listen or take advice from others (including managers). Rude customers, situations out of personal control.

      Pros

      The owner and current managers are awesome. Fun, friendly environment with live music during summer. Lots of regular customers, repeat customers and seasonal travelers = great pay!

      Short shifts and nice regulars

      Cons

      Terrible management by the owner. She constantly changes the hours and doesn’t tell you. She will take you off the schedule and then randomly put you on .
