Pros

- There were some great professionals from whom you could learn and who were nice people to work with. - The job was challenging but to some extend rewarding, with a possibility to grow and get more experience. - Some perks and delighters, such as learning budget, events, medical insurance, etc. - Sometimes it was really fun and I enjoyed a lot of time spent working with some people and dev teams.

Cons

- Lack of direction, strategy and vision. Sometimes to the point that it feels almost Kafkaesque — you just don't understand what's happening, neither do most of the people you work with. - Toxic environment, lots of politics, gossiping and even online stalking, which continues even after you leave. - There's a pattern of disrespect displayed by some senior male employees. - Blame-game and witchhunt is the norm. There are some people who are not willing to be accountable for their own decisions and constantly trying to put the responsibility on someone else.

Pros

This may sound odd, but the manager Ryan Weight is what made this job amazing! I never knew it before working here, but when your boss isn't awful or incompetent you'd be amazed how much you're willing to put up with.

Cons

No real room for growth or promotion. Only the support is in the U.S. Everything else is in Europe.

Pros

Great environment, great people, great learning experience for needed technology skills. I was able to work here full time, while going to school full time as well, and still had a family life. I can't express enough appreciation for that. Very relaxed atmosphere, especially when the tickets were taken care of. Management was exceptional.

Cons

Payrate is low due to the youth of the company and the areas in which they are located. Not a lot of opportunity to advance, especially without relocating countries!
