Pros

I highly recommend this company. Every employee is seen and heard. Leadership does a great job driving growth and promoting from within. Lots a recognition, and focus on culture while all working hard together.

Cons

Needs more staff, more employees to achieve the level of success they are moving towards.

Pros

They offer a remote work setting.

Cons

This company has been one of the most unprofessional environments I've encountered. There is no Human Resources department, which creates a culture where policies and accountability are virtually nonexistent. The executive team appears to be heavily intertwined through personal relationships, including family hires, which leads to favoritism and a lack of objective decision-making. High turnover at the executive level is a major red flag, suggesting instability and deeper issues within leadership. Employees seeking structure, fairness, or career development should be cautious before joining this organization. Bullying and toxic behavior are not isolated incidents—they are embedded in the culture. Employees who raise concerns are often ignored or pushed out, creating a climate of fear rather than innovation. Additionally, a pattern of misinformation and poor communication from leadership has eroded trust throughout the organization. The company advertises “unlimited PTO,” but in practice, this is a misleading benefit. Employees are expected to be constantly available—even while on vacation, recovering from major surgery, or outside of reasonable working hours. There is no respect for personal boundaries or work-life balance, and time off often comes with guilt or the expectation of continued availability.
