      Loved my coworkers, all great and talented people.

      Upper management did not have a clear vision or goals for the company, which led to many managers and teams going into projects blind and rushing strategies that were misguided at best.

      Lots of jobs available. Depends on the person but can stay working if you stay out of drama

      Cons

      Drama filled, messy, unqualified foreman’s, no room for growth unless you’re family or you have personal relations with someone who can elevate you
