      They can pay you high. The company is start-up so if you try to learn, you can learn a lot because there is a lot of thing to do and experiment

      Toxic environment. The sales and marketing team always command the BI/DA/DE/DS team. They ask for the tasks that unable to do to report on the dashboard

      Lots of jobs available. Depends on the person but can stay working if you stay out of drama

      Drama filled, messy, unqualified foreman’s, no room for growth unless you’re family or you have personal relations with someone who can elevate you
