There are NO PROS to this job

Cons

Managers sleep with employees and play favoritism, while everyone else that has their decency suffers under management's bad treatment to other employees. Those that are sleeping with management get away with a lot of things, never do any work while the rest of us had to do THEIR work.

The team works together and supports one another during busy periods, challenges, and day-to-day operations. One of the most rewarding aspects of the job is seeing associates develop their skills and advance within the company. There are opportunities to make an impact, build relationships, and help others grow professionally.

Cons

Workload and staffing needs can fluctuate significantly during peak periods, which can create challenges for teams managing high volumes.
