Pros

- The people I worked with at the East campus were great, that's really the only nice thing I have to say

Cons

- The East Campus was told countless times there would be no layoffs, employees would be retrained if needed, etc. Then one Friday morning they changed their mind and laid off the entire technology team at the East campus with no warning because the leadership was all from West campus wich used .Net instead of Java. Yes, you read that correctly, they let my entire team go on a whim one Friday morning because they didn't care to look and realize that most of those let go already knew the new tech stack or could quickly learn ,- Good luck to whoever has to keep the East Campus legacy apps running, there is no documentation, and everyone who knew how it worked was let go. - They have no head of HR to ell them a layoff on a Friday is a really bad idea. - No real vision for the future, I give the company 5 years max before it fails, people were jumping ship left and right even before the recent layoff - Uses a legacy ALM/QTP instance for test automation - You don't listen to employees, at your own risk

Pros

There are some good people at this company. Hybrid 2 days in the office if you live near the office, but can work fully remote if you’re not near an office. Also, free lunch when in the office.

Cons

A once great company has turned into something I don’t recognize anymore. They’ve let go long many tenured employees that have made employees scared of losing their jobs. Great talent eventually leave once they see how awful the Leadership is and how unorganized this company is. They make drastic changes for the sake of change. They are scared of clients and do not back their employees. The CEO seems clueless to what’s going on within the company. Leadership hire friends for other leadership roles and they are not trained on processes or how things work. Teams are not aligned, people are unprofessional, it’s very chaotic, there’s too many chefs in the kitchen, and leadership waste time with useless meetings that take you away from your work. We seem to have many job openings that look great but trust me, it’s not worth it. I’ve had many people ask me about Onbe because they are thinking of applying and I tell them not to. So please don’t waste your time. Most people here are actively looking for new jobs.
