      Pros

      The firm changed owners a few years ago and started on a modernisation journey. Its hired a lot of talented and genuine people and rebuilt its software platform and products on to a modern cloud based architecture. The engineering team has grown rapidly. Collaborates well, shares knowledge, and lots of opportunities to pick up new skills. High cadence releases. You get to see the results of your efforts providing value quickly. Strong focus on the customer and growing the business. Excellent opportunity to grow your knowledge and career, alongside the companies growth.

      Cons

      High pace not for everyone. Growing fast and does make mistakes but tries to learn from them.

      If you love being challenged to become your best this the place to be. Since I've been here, I have had the opportunity to diversify my skills and solidify the ones I have. You are treated as an adult, trusted to deliver to the very best as the expectations here are rightfully high.

      Pros

      The team are really friendly, training is in-depth and feedback is really useful. They make a real effort to make those WFH feel included and understand the importance of ensuring everyone feels part of the team. A real focus on wellbeing of the staff too.

      Cons

      A lot of new information to take in before moving on to talking to customers, can feel overwhelming at times.
