      Small size allows for smaller deal teams and more experience

      Cons

      Firm takes advantage of employees, deal flow is very low. Firm has reduced in size drastically as analysts and VPs leave in the midst of low bonuses and lack of meaningful work

      Exceptionally talented and motivated people. Made some good friends there.

      Cons

      Almost 0 respect for juniors, toxically political. Almost completed destroyed my career. Looks like things have changed / are changing on the surface though, which is a positive!
