      Pros

      good place to challenge ur animation skill set, especially a couple of seniors/leads are really good in their work. pay/compensation is towards the more generous side of the industry

      Cons

      disheartening that projs are not consistent and output/result doesnt match effort, ie producing great work but no clients/investors to buy them
