Offers upskilling opportunities Co-workers are friendly The development team and projects team are by far the best to be a part of. Can't say much for call centre side as I never approached it
Cons
Directors and upper management lack empathy for out-of-control situations. If you are seen having even a small amount of time off no matter the circumstance it is unacceptable.
