Pros

If you are inexperienced and looking to be molded , this place is for you.

Cons

If you’re a seasoned professional looking to grow or make a meaningful impact, this may not be a place for you. This company is not interested in your experience—only your compliance. Advancement is reserved for those who are personally connected to the Director of Service Delivery. Merit means nothing here. Voicing concerns or offering a different perspective results in being gaslit and manipulated until you question your own judgment. The Director creates a hostile environment under the guise of leadership, consistently shifting blame onto others while maintaining full control behind the scenes. Turnover is constant. Any efforts to promote a healthy, functional culture are shut down. Leadership roles have been dissolved solely because individuals spoke up. This isn’t speculation- it’s been witnessed. Positive reviews on this page? Many are from the Director’s personal circle, posted to mask the honest, negative reviews that reflect what really happens behind closed doors. Worse yet, they rehire toxic former employees who helped build this dysfunctional culture in the first place. The bottom line: If you value integrity, growth, and support - it’s advised to look elsewhere.

Pros

I have worked and interviewed for lot of call centers and this is probably for lack of better word the only one that is not ghetto and drama based . The culture and values that this company have are unbelievable and absolutely amazing. It keeps me from not wanting to ever go to another job.I joke with my supervisor and tell her that she needs to put me in a contract saying she can't get rid of me until I'm ready for retirement. Just basically because I feel like I found my perfect match and I really like working for the company . They work really well with me on being lenient with hours that I can work and be available being a single Mom . The pay is descent. Company is always buying employees lunches and handing out gift cards and doing great things so you feel appreciated and thanked for the hard work you put in . I really don't have any complaints .

Cons

It's a call center , you're gonna have high turnaround. Quotas have to be met deadlines have to be met and not everybody can hang through

Pros

You can clearly see the reviews posted within the last week are fake and AI generated.

Cons

It gave me a good laugh reading the fake five star reviews all written within the last week because it tells everyone how absolutely desperate this company is to make themselves out to be something they are clearly not, which is thriving company. The company culture here is beyond toxic. They have been in business for nine years and have five employees that have lasted over three years. The turnover is insanely high, no one of caliber stays at this job, they leave, and in most cases quit without notice. The amount of people who ghost their jobs at OCS is comical at this point. The poor management, the micromanaging, the favoritism, the unfair workload, the lack of support and the toxic culture are just a few reasons to avoid taking a job at this company. Every year they lose money, they have huge goals and never meet them. They bank on one large restoration company to pay the bill’s and if they lose that contractor it would put them out of business. The business practice here is not on the up and up, if you know, you know.

Thank you for your feedback. We encourage all employees and candidates to share honest reviews here on Glassdoor. Your comments may discourage others from writing their feedback so we did want to take the time to address the submission rules of providing reviews as found on the Glassdoor Helpcenter Page. While we cannot know who is writing a review, Glassdoor does evaluate each one before allowing the review to be posted and they have a number of ways to ensure that what is written is from an actual employee, as outlined below: -Glassdoor users may only write one review per year, per company worked at and only users with validated Glassdoor accounts can submit reviews. -Employees cannot leave more than one review by creating separate accounts to leave reviews for one company. -Employees should not use a shared, employer-provided device to leave their review, that could be accessed by the employer. Instead, employees should use their own personal device (whether employer-provided or not) to leave a review. -When a review is submitted, a combination of technology filters, algorithms, and human moderation are used to identify possible fraudulent content. The process includes reviewing multiple attributes of a submission — including IP address — to help ensure authenticity. Employers are also held to similar standards and Glassdoor will remove positive reviews if they have evidence that employees were coerced into leaving a review or if a review was created dishonestly. As stated above, they utilize a number of technology filters and algorithms to detect that type of fraud. As a company we understand that the best way to grow is to listen to those doing the work. We value feedback and provide a number of ways for employees to provide it: bi-monthly employee feedback sessions, bi-annual engagement surveys, open door policies, quarterly All Hands Meetings, Glassdoor, etc. We have utilized much of the feedback we’ve received to create a better work environment. It is still a work in progress and will continue to do what we can to receive and act on feedback from employees.
