Pros

You meet a few genuinely good people with big hearts just trying to survive the chaos.

Cons

If you value your self-respect, work ethic, or mental health, do not work here. I’m writing this because I wish someone had warned me. The biggest issue isn’t your coworkers or the managers—it’s the ownership, especially one owner acting as the director who has no insurance knowledge, no business background, no leadership skills, and no qualifications to be running anything. This person is the root of the toxic culture: creating drama, playing favorites, and manipulating metrics to push their own agenda. It feels more like a high school clique than a workplace. The other three owners just look the other way. Two live out of state and are barely involved. The one who is local says nothing. Instead of fixing the problem, they blame the staff for everything that goes wrong. Your job is to pressure insurance companies, even when adjusters clearly say the charges are non-compliant or not covered. You’re told to push anyway, which puts you in an unethical, uncomfortable position. When it backfires? You’re the one who gets blamed. They say the company is growing—but it’s not. It’s shrinking. The insurance industry doesn’t take them seriously anymore. They’ve lost clients, they’ve lost credibility, and they’re bleeding good employees. The truth is, they only keep people who will blindly follow orders, put up with abuse, and have low self-esteem—people who feel stuck and like they can’t get a job anywhere else. It’s like they recruit the rejects of the workforce on purpose so they won’t be challenged or questioned. If you’re smart, strong, experienced, or ethical—you will either leave, or they’ll find a way to push you out. Hard work and integrity mean nothing here. Even the insured customers are harassed, which is just embarrassing. There’s no professionalism, no accountability, and no respect—for anyone. Final word: This place is a joke. It’s toxic at the top, and it trickles down fast. Don’t fall for their fake promises—you deserve so much better.

Pros

I have worked and interviewed for lot of call centers and this is probably for lack of better word the only one that is not ghetto and drama based . The culture and values that this company have are unbelievable and absolutely amazing. It keeps me from not wanting to ever go to another job.I joke with my supervisor and tell her that she needs to put me in a contract saying she can't get rid of me until I'm ready for retirement. Just basically because I feel like I found my perfect match and I really like working for the company . They work really well with me on being lenient with hours that I can work and be available being a single Mom . The pay is descent. Company is always buying employees lunches and handing out gift cards and doing great things so you feel appreciated and thanked for the hard work you put in . I really don't have any complaints .

Cons

It's a call center , you're gonna have high turnaround. Quotas have to be met deadlines have to be met and not everybody can hang through

Pros

If you are inexperienced and looking to be molded , this place is for you.

Cons

If you’re a seasoned professional looking to grow or make a meaningful impact, this may not be a place for you. This company is not interested in your experience—only your compliance. Advancement is reserved for those who are personally connected to the Director of Service Delivery. Merit means nothing here. Voicing concerns or offering a different perspective results in being gaslit and manipulated until you question your own judgment. The Director creates a hostile environment under the guise of leadership, consistently shifting blame onto others while maintaining full control behind the scenes. Turnover is constant. Any efforts to promote a healthy, functional culture are shut down. Leadership roles have been dissolved solely because individuals spoke up. This isn’t speculation- it’s been witnessed. Positive reviews on this page? Many are from the Director’s personal circle, posted to mask the honest, negative reviews that reflect what really happens behind closed doors. Worse yet, they rehire toxic former employees who helped build this dysfunctional culture in the first place. The bottom line: If you value integrity, growth, and support - it’s advised to look elsewhere.
