Pros

- The threat of a remote job, transitioning to a hybrid one, has become increasingly common. However, very few of the staff or management live within a thousand miles of the home office. It's almost guaranteed to remain a remote position. - Unlike other remote jobs, you are not micromanaged. So long as you're on task and doing well, no one is paid to track mouse movement or stare at your screen. They trust that they hired adult professionals and they will treat you as such. - There are quarterly bonuses, based on a percentage of your salary, for simply meeting expectations. If there's 10 tickets, with a staff of 5, you need to complete 2 tickets to hit your bonus. Complete 3 tickets and that bonus increases further. - Everyone on the staff is extremely helpful. Making you better at your job helps everyone. If something is unknown, you're not left by yourself holding the bag. The question will keep getting escalated up the chain until a good solution is found.

Cons

- The few weeks of training will not furnish you with every answer you'll ever need. You must be prepared to learn new things daily and if that seems daunting it's probably not the job for you. Some days you might long for a flow chart or script to regurgitate but none exists. Knowledge base articles, your team, and knowing best practices will see you through.

Pros

1. Leadership encourages a culture of collaboration and they care about their employees. They set fair, yet challenging goals that have accelerated the pace of my personal and professional development. 2. The team they've assembled is helpful and bought in to the goal of growing the business and making this an amazing place to work. No one is stepping on you to further their career. 3. Being a small company there is a huge opportunity for growth with regular exposure to an executive team that never hesitates to invest into those willing to listen and learn.

Cons

Competitive pay but not the top of the industry. Small, growing company which is both a pro and a con.

Pros

Ok Pay. Most employees are enjoyable to work with. It started off as a great concept and a great place to work. It went down hill each year after. Never seemed to be able to fully get off the ground.

Cons

No clear direction. Always seems like management is just chasing the next shinny thing. Claim they want to help progress people, but it's only if that person is a sheep and doesn't think for themself. Overall culture is negative. They smile to your face but actions portray the complete opposite.
