If your not in Leadership or a favorite you are invisible. constant system issues creates 10 times more work. Departments are expected to do other departments work daily because they don’t get it. Even if that is not what you were hired for . Then complain about production Not a thrustful environment. In your face favoritism Not compliant with state payers .took away $25.00 Thanksgiving and Christmas (taxed ) bonuses couldn’t afford it any more. Replaced with lunches
