Pros

The management does what they can to work with people through tough times. Many of the employees are like family.

Cons

The company could pay their people a higher wage. A call center is a stressful place to work and paying higher wages would be helpful with offsetting other financial challenges.

Pros

Laid back Friendly environment Paid training Medical benefits after 3 months of employment Upto $100 monthly bonus Incentives i.e. Drinks, food, gift baskets etc. Potluck and dress up weeks $10.50 for starting tier 1 agent per hr $11 for elite or select service per hr $11.50 for tier 2 agent per hr I've heard management is like $17-18 salary

Cons

The customers overall make the day hard. (job is easy) Pay just isn't enough Some of the managers are a little hostile. Favoritism.
