If you're looking for the startup atmosphere, working on complex issues with a bunch of smart people, a chill but respectful office culture and the ability to be autonomous in your work, check out OL. Never felt discriminated against (can be an issue for ladies in tech, as well as foreigners), never felt like my ideas weren't heard, my career is evolving within the company, and best of all, the better idea wins across all teams.
Cons
I'm a pretty picky person and I haven't found any deal breakers thus far, and I've worked for OL for about a good year.
