Pros

Very entrepreneurial culture driven from the entire exec team. The company focuses on enabling its people and taking action vs. a lot of process. It's a welcome change because previously there was tons of process which diminished creativity. The new exec team is capable and communicates more with the employees and is invested in their future. Performance is rewarded and that was proof with how the bonuses were provided this year. Those who performed better were rewarded better.

Cons

Not finished yet decoupling from some of the systems with Quest.

Pros

Great product line and customer base. Current CEO has a vision and is working hard to implement properly and orderly.

Cons

At times the communication around changes can be lacking and unclear. Not to the point of being destructive but at times the lack of clarity slows things down.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We're glad to hear the work feels fulfilling and that you're seeing the vision our CEO and leadership team are working to execute. That means a lot. Your feedback on communication is something we take seriously, we know that when context or clarity is missing, it creates friction even when the underlying direction is right. It's an area we're actively working to improve, and input like yours helps us stay honest about where the gaps are. Thanks again for being part of the One Identity team and for the candid perspective.

Pros

One Identity, a business unit of Quest, but separate entity is a great place to work and build your career. The presales team is top notch and everyone helps each other and becomes a great family. You will see folks stating over 10+ years and the greater Quest/One Identity family, it's common to see folks having 20 years of tenure. There are many reasons for this. First it starts with the culture and 2nd, it starts with the solutions. One Identity allows you to grow and make a name for yourself, but you have to want to do that and be involved with the people and company. It's honestly a great place to work and I would recommend people to apply here.

Cons

Sales jobs are remote and you do not get alot of in person events to see each other. But when you do, it's a great team building exercise. Another con, which may or may not be a con is that if you blink, you will be here for 5+ years.
