Pros

Great work environment, possible to say what is not ok, and there a real will from management to change things when it is possible. Collaboration amongst the team is amazing. Promotions are not happening as often as they should (see cons) but direct management is really fighting for it and it feels really good to be supported.

Cons

Progression is slow and complicated. Good work is not well rewarded. High management is very often asking to go above and beyond but there is no reward behind, and sometimes not even recognition of the hard work. This feels frustrating sometimes.

Pros

Work Environment: The role offers great flexibility, fully supporting remote work and a "work from anywhere" culture. Team Culture: Deeply knowledgeable, yet exceptionally down-to-earth and supportive colleagues. Internal Technology: A move towards upgraded hardware and device choices represent a highly positive step toward business modernization. Benefits Scheme: The company provides a comprehensive and high-quality benefits package that remains highly competitive.

Cons

Growth Paths: The organization could benefit from clearer pathways for career progression that aren't tied solely to existing roles opening up. Alignment: Enhancing communication around product focus and future roadmaps would help teams better align with changing priorities. Remuneration: Compensation for long-term employees is lagging behind current market rates. There is a noticeable discrepancy between internal salaries and the more competitive new-starter packages available with other vendors.

Thanks to the variety of projects, you will never be bored and will develop a wide range of skills.

The workload can be intense at times. Better coordination between the different departments could improve efficiency. Some internal processes are time-consuming and difficult to complete.
