The work is repetitive. The founder is biased towards some specific teams, he is dating the sales head and so doesn’t deep dive into problem solving but only sets his expectations. Founder hasn’t ever worked In a company and so he doesn’t understand how to manage, only knows how to order. Very poor leadership skills

Management people lacking basic skills The founder is full of himself. He shouts at people like they’re slaves. Awful language. Lacking manners. Personally never worked with him one on one but just seeing colleagues treated like dirt. Don’t expect appraisals.
