Coming to One Inc was definitely the right career move for me for a number of reasons: it's a great team -- I respect everyone that I work with and believe in management's vision for the company; I enjoy being part of a young and innovative growth company that is the market leader in the insurance digital payments space; the entire company is passionate about being the best and this conviction and commitment permeates throughout the entire organization (it is unlike anything I ever experienced before); One Inc makes sure that its employees have all the resources possible to be successful and to have a voice in the strategic direction of the company; and, if that's not enough, One Inc regularly recognizes its employees by celebrating birthdays, new hires and by sending thank you gifts throughout the year that make you feel really appreciated.

Management has been beyond supportive in my time with the company. I feel heard and have seen my feedback be taken and used to make improvements for our team. They encourage a good work/life balance and constantly look for additional ways to support the employees.
Cons
I have been very blessed and do not have any cons to share from my time with One Inc.
