Pros
1. Your colleagues will treat you like a family than the senior officials who will welcome you by telling “Welcome to the One MG family. 2. The best time of your entire shift will be the 30-45 mins of break time which you don’t have to spend at office. 3. You’ll be receiving gift from the HR every year of your service (which you can use only for few weeks or a month) #iykyk😉 4. You can come late the next day if you worked an overtime on the previous day (mostly after one month you’ll come late everyday).
Cons
1. Please don’t expect a hike after 1 year of your service because the Director of Possibilities will tell that you didn’t work at all for the entire financial year (even though you did). Unfortunately the management is bad in keeping a track of it. 2. You’ll have to do all types of job services despite of being in particular team. But still you won’t be noticed by any of the seniors (even though you share them your EOD plan). 3. Please don’t try to impress your clients with your extraordinary works because the Director of Possibilities won’t approve it. So, please don’t break your head in that. 4. Ohhh please don’t believe it’s a 10-7 job because, it’s strictly not!🙂 5. Incase while the interview, your interviewer tells that we’ll increase your salary after three-four months, please make sure you follow up with them after that span of time (because they’ll forget). Pro Tip: Ask your interviewer to mention it on your offer letter as it’ll be easy for you to provide them with a proof.
