      Pros

      Tbf, it's so bad I can't think of any pros. Apart from the place being close to home

      Cons

      Bad management, manipulative, confusing, uses personal feelings and attacks the staffs verbally even when management strictly tells everyone to keep work and personal feelings separated. Makes snide remarks at times without consideration of others' feelings, even though it may be a joke. The list goes on and on

      Pros

      Employers treats you like their children! Treat you with respect and care! There is never a day that is mundane. People there are genuinely great to work with! Even after 2 years, we still keep in contact! Working hours are only 0830 to latest 1800. Unlike other F&B restaurants!

      Cons

      They do set quite high standards for part-timers and even for full-timers. If you're a pert-timer and always getting caught using your phone or idling, you probably aren't going to get called back to work again. Even for full-timer, working attitude is very important. They would not tolerate to pull out the weeds in the garden.
