Pros
Historically was a really good company and culture, and transparent Leadership/CEO. That was then.
Cons
Strong Leadership has disappeared, and the CEO has allowed the Investor led addition of a very poor CRO and CFO to dictate how the company runs and changed the culture to a micro-managed, threatening culture. This was highlighted over the last 6 months and in particular early January when there were a number of great people dismissed by the CRO. Typical big ego, and clearly no idea.
