One Source is a family owned business. The owners and leadership treat all team members as if they are family. They value company culture, inclusion and a true open door policy.

Sometimes there is more work than people which is hard during this time as unemployment rates are so low - makes hiring harder as the workforce is more competitive.

One Source is a small family owned business with a lot of growth under its belt. There are ample training opportunities within each department. There were several team member promotions offering gift cards, lunches and fun outings.

The company is rapidly growing and facing the pains that come with that. The Operations positions often offer low pay and high stress. Typically if a persons is out, their workload is barely covered. Coverage was a constant struggle with several employees not asking for help as they knew no one could help. The Client Relations department is green with most employees being newly hired within the last 8 months. Burnout was a major problem in both areas. Team members often felt overwhelmed and were told by Senior management that things were not “that” busy. There was a sense of distrust between leaders where information often felt it had to be guarded.
